ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF FINAL PLAT
WE LORE ESTATES
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for Lake Lore Estates, a portion
of the Covenant Living Centers planned unit development on McShane
Road, was apprqved by the Plan Commission and Common Council in
August, 1975, subject to receipt of an acceptable developer's
agreement, and
WHEREAS the final plat prepared by Thomas Iman, land surveyor,
March 2, 1976, has now been submitted.
"HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of the final plat for
Lake Lose Estates.
.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that action will not be-..taken on this
