APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT

BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant a conditional use to Raymond G.
Erdmann to permit the retail sale:.andfrepair of motor vehicles,
motorcycles and small engines in the former Ripple Motor
building, S93 W12578 Loomis Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this conditional use grant
is subject to those conditions as outlined by Planning Consul-
tant Mangiamele.
