APPROVAL OF ARCHITECTURE
SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architectural
Sub-committee, approve the construction of two, two-story,
single family homes on any two of Lots 1, 2, 3 or 4 in
Shagbark Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architecture of the two
permitted homes shall be so dissimilar as to not create
monotony in the subdivision.
