ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL FOR SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
EDWARD POHLMAN
WHEREAS a request has been subplitted by Edward Pohlmann,
W180 57755 Pipneer Drive, tq pewit construction of a 20' x ZO',
upsttached,second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, according fo the petitiqner, the garage is to be
used for storage purposes and will not be used to house automo-
biles, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverqe affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this B-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED thac the Aychitvctural Control Board
(Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Edward
Pohlmann for a 20' x ZO', unattached, second garage structure.
