PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH PROPERTY TO WHEREAS the request submitted by St, Paul's Cutheran Church requesting that all of their prpperty (approximately 23.7 acres) be placed under ap OIP overlay Zoning (Institutional and Public Service) to allow for expansion pf the church facilities has been before this Conupission, gnd WHEREAS concerns were expressed at the public hearing held before the Common Council April 13th, 1976, as to the long range plans which were presented by the church, and WHEREAS in accordance with the Muskego Zoning Ordinance those Remitted uses-by-right which include any eqpansion of the church, school qnd cemetary would be subject to approval by the Plan Commission of building, site and operational plans; and any other use, such as a home for the aGed, would be subjeqt; to public hearing and could only he granted under a conditional use. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of qhe City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Cquncil that the request of St. Paul's Lutheran Church to place all of their property under an OIP overlay zoning be appyoved.
