APPROVAL OF TEXPORARY SIGN
RITE REALTY FOR KRISTIN DOWN
(AS AMENDED)
WHEREAS Rite Realty Gorp has requested approval to
erect an 8' x 16', temporary sign to introduce Kristin
Down subdivision, and
WHEREAS the sign is proposed to be located on the -
south side of Highway 24 at its intersection with K+istin
Drive, and
WHEREAS temporar-y signs may-be .permitted up to a
period of one year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
Rite Realty to erect an 8' x 16', temporary sign to
introduce Kristin Down subdivision for a period of three
months.
