REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PROPOSAL FOR DEVELOPMENT
FRANK & GERRI WARREN
WHEREAS a preliminary sketch has been submitted by Frank
& Gerri Warren for the development of approximately 7 acres
of property on the south side of Janesville Road in Section
10, known as S73 W16663 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS they have suggested that the property be rezoned
from RS-2 to RSA with an overlay for planned unit development
or RSM zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this proposal for development
of approximately 7 acres of property in Section 10 to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
