APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Inman,
Inc., May, 1976, has been submitted to create three
parcels of property and a road in the Tess Corners
Industrial Park area, and
WHEREAS the lots meet the requirements of the 1-1
Industrial Park district, and
WHEREAS a portion .of the area in Parcels1 and 2
encompasses the city's planned detention area, and
WHEREAS it is necessary for the city engineer to
determine what affect that detention area will have on
the construction of buildings on the lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified
survey map creating three parcels and a road in the Tess
Corners Industrial Park for Ada Butcher and John DeBelak.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to a review by the city engineers of the planned detention
area and its affect on Parcels 1 and 2 as well as the
location and design of the road being proposed to serve
these parcels.
