APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
FRED GRAVES
WHEREAS Fred Graves, S77 W20606 Hillendale Drive, has sub-
mitted a sketch for the division of the Graves property on
Hillendale Drive in the SE I/& of Section 7, and
WHEREAS this is an R-1 District which requires 80,000 sq.
ft. lots with 200' average width and the lot proposed more than
meets these requirements,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conunission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this one
parcel division of the Graves property.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division.
