PCR1976054WHEREAS a April 6, 1976, existing lots RESOLUTION #P. C. 54-76 APPROVAL TO REPLAT EXISTING LOTS HARVEY & DORIS COX certified survey map prepared by Richard Lammi has been submitted for approval to replat two located on the northwest corner of Gold Drive owned by Harvey and Doris Cox, and WHEREAS the lots are located in an RS-3 OED District which requires 75' average width with 11,250 sq. ft. in area, and WHEREAS the lots as existing are Parcel 1 - 50' average width - 9,900 sq. ft. Parcel 2 - 110' average width - 21,780 sq. ft., and WHEREAS the lots as replatted will be Parcel 1 - 103' average width - 14,935 sq. ft. Parcel 2 - 80' average width - 11,600 sq. ft. which are larger than required by this RS-3 OED District, and WHEREAS in the opinion of the Plan Commission the lots as replatted will be more suitable for development. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmiss.ion-of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to replat two lots on the northwest corner of Gold Drive owned by Harvey and Doris Cox.
