DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ROBERT RIPP
WHEREAS a sketch for the proposed re-division of Lot 1,
Block 2, Oak Ridge subdivision unrecorded, and Lots 1 and
2, Block 22, Jewel Crest subdivision, owned by Robert Ripp,
was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning
Officer Lee at the last meeting, and
WHEREAS they have advised that this is an RS-3 OLS District
which requires 66 213' average width and 10,000 sq. ft. in area
and the lots as proposed are less than this requirement, and
WHEREAS they have also advised that it was a condition of
the Board of Appeals, when a variance request was granted, that
Lot 1, Block 2, Oak Ridge subdivision, be joined to Lot 1, Block
22, Jewel Crest subdivision, to maintain some open space in this
congested area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny this request for the proposed
re-division of Lot 1, Block 2, Oak Ridge subdivision, and Lots
1 and 2, Block 22, Jewel Crest subdivision.
