APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FAHNING - SCHMIDT
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Robert E.
Jagusch, land surveyor, May 12, 1976, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Florence Fahning,
Elmer and William Schmidt property on Tess Corners Drive in
Section 1, and
WHEREAS the Plan Conrmission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution ik. C. 33-76 adopted April 20, 1976.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Fahning -
Schmidt property in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
