PCR1976050RESOLUTION #P. C. 50-76 (AS AMENDED) ARCHITECTURE FOR ONE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING APPROVAL OF HILLENDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION WHEREAS Frank Fry, Elm' Grove, Wisconsin, has applied for - building permits for construction of two, single family, two- story dwellings on Lots 1 and 20, Block D, Hillendale Heights subdivision, and WHEREAS Building Inspector Lee has submitted the plans to the Commission as he deems them to be in possible conflict with Section 6.11 (2) B. which states: "No building shall be permitted, the design or exterior appearance of which is so identical with those adjoining as to create excessive monotony and drabness," and WHEREAS the Plan Commission is to judge the building appear- ance and a building permit shall not be issued until the Commission has approved said plans, and WHEREAS in the building inspector's opinion, similar homes are located on Lot 10, Block A, Lots 12, 13., and 14, Block C and Lots 3 and 5, Block D, Hillendale Heights subdivision, and WHEREAS the plans have been referred to the Architectural Sub-conunittee for review and recommendation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Flan Commission, upon recommendation of the Architectural Sub-conunittee, does hereby approve plans for the construction of one, single family, two-story dwelling on Lot 20, Block D, Hillendale Heights subdivision submitted by Frank Fry. - City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted May 18, 1976
