(AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF SIGN SIEGER OLDS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon recmendation of the Architectural
Sub-cmittee, approve a 10'2" x 5'1" sign .wi_th.black .and &xi
red letters on a white background to advertise Sieger Olds,
S73 W16437 Janesville Road.
BE IT FIJRTHER RESOLVED that said sign shall not be
permitted in the visual setback area as defined in Section
5.02 (2) F. and G. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
BE IT FIJRTHER RESOLVED that there shall be no parking
of cars in this visual setback area.
