DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO TESS CORNERS DRIVE

WHEREAS a request to construct a dwelling on a parcel of

WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
denial of this request, and
WHEREAS at the Public Works Committee meeting held April
22, 1976, a petition was submitted signed by several residents
of the area objecting to the use of Tess Corners Drive for
