PCR1976045RESOLUTION #P. C. 45-76 APPROVAL OF CONCEPT FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT SCOTT KRAUSE 12 acres of property in Section 26 from Agriculture to RCE has been submitted, and (Country Estate) with an Overlay for Planned Unit Development WHEREAS a petition from Scott Krause to rezone approximately single family residential sites has been reviewed by Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended approval subject to the following conditions: WHEREAS the general development plan consisting of five 1. That pedestrian access to the open space be provided. 2. That the length of the cul-de-sac be reduced to permit redesigning and enlargement of the lotswherepratical, and 3. That the southern boundaries of the development be straightened where possible, and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6.02 of the Muskego mendation to the.Cmon Council as to the appropriateness and Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission shall make its recom- desirability of the proposed zoning change after which the Cmon Council shall cause a public hearing to be held. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council approval of the concept and general layout of the proposed planned development submitted by Scott Krause subject to those conditions recommended by the Planning Consultant and Zoning Officer as outlined above.
