LAKEWOOD VILLAGE - TOWN OF VERNON
DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
-
March 27, 1975, with revision date of June 10, 1975, for
Lakewood Village subdivision in the Town of Vernon was submitted
to the Plan Commission for approval in June, 1975, in accordance
with the extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Kit Kuokkanen
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele objected to this
plat in his report and recommendation datdJuly 9, 1975, and
WHEREAS 6 sixty day extensions were granted by Mr.
Kuokkanen to answer those objections raised by Planning Consultant
Mangiamele as well as to permit negotiations between the Town
of Vernon and the Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission,
and
WHEREAS the last sixty day extension has expired and there
with the city regarding those objections raised by the planning
have been no further extensions granted nor any contact made
consultant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat for
Lakewood Village in the Town of Vernon andabes hereby recommend
denial to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the resubmittal of a revised preliminary.plat
which will reflect those conditions proposed by the city's
planning consultant.
