APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
MAURICE & ALYCE HOLZ
WHEREAS Maurice & Alyce Holz, W147 S7040 Durham Drive,
have submitted a sketch for a two parcel division of their property
on Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000
sq. ft. lots with 100' average width and the lots proposed
more than meet these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this two parcel
division of the Maurice & Alyce Holz property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
the division.
