RECOMMENDATION TO ACCEPT OFFER TO PURCHASE
CITY OWNED LOT (TRIVALOS)
WHEREAS the Cqon Council of the City of Muskego
has accepted an offer to purchase Lot 1, Block 27, Hale Park
Highlands, from Richard A. Trivalos for $11,OQO, and
WHEREAS City Attorney Buckley has advised that the Plan
Commission is required to make recommendation to the Common
Council on all sales of city owned property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does
hereby concur with the Common Council's decision to accept an
offer to purchase Lot 1, Block 27, Hale Park Highlands from
Richard A. Trivalos for $11,000.
