REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REZONING REQUEST - ST. PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH
WHEREAS a petition was submitted by St. Paul's Lutheran
Church, S63 W14325 Janesville Road, requesting that all of their
property (approximately 23.7 acres) be placed under an OIP overlay
(Institutional and Public Service) to allow for expansion of the
church facilities, and
WHEREAS a public hearing to consider this request was
held before the Connnon Council on April 13th, and
WHEREAS several concerns were expressed by:those citizens
present at the public hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the rezoning request submitted
by St. Paul's Lutheran Church to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation.
