INDICATING WILLINGNESS TO CONSIDER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
SCOTT KRAUSE - MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby indicate their willingness to consider a
planned unit development on approximately 12 acres of property
located adjacent to the golf course at the end of Groveway Lane
as proposed by Scott Krause, Muskego Lakes Country Club.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in accordance with recommendation
from Planning Consultant Mangiamele, the Plan Commission recom-
mends that the area involved by rezoned from Agriculture to RCE
(Country Estate) with an Overlay for Planned Unit Development.
