(AS AMENDED) APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
DICK‘S FARM MARKET
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans for Dick‘s
Farm Market, S98 W12575 Loornis Road, were referred to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recmendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval of the plans for this farm market subject to the con-
dition that in the off-season, there shall be no outside storage
of cars, trucks, debris, etci
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans for Dick’s Farm Market subject to the condition that in
the off-season, there shall be no outside storage of cars,
trucks, debris, etc.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that within three years, the parking area and
driveways shall be asphalted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is further subject
to the condition that permanent’barriers be established along
North Cape Road and Loomis Road to prevent ingress and egress other
than the designated driveways as shown on the sketch submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that signs shall be removed along
both roads and limited to appropriate size signs on tk building.
