APPROVAL OF SKETCH - VALLEY SQUARE
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Carl Gratzek for a three
parcel division of property at the end of Ann Drive in Section 9
was referred to the planning consultant, zoning officer and
Public Works Committee for review and recmendation, and
Lee have recommended approval, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
subject to the conditions that curb and gutters be installed, that
the cul-de-sac meet the requirements of the Land Division Ordinance
and that a utility easement be provided to permit Valley Drive
to be extended westerly from its present west terminal point.
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended approval
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a three parcel
division submitted by Carl Gratzek subject to those conditions above

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval.is .subject- to the
condition that there be a deed restriction that there will be
no further divisions of these three parcels until such time as
metropolitan sewer is available to the City of Muskego.
