APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION
GLEN RIESS
WHEREAS Dr. Glen Riess has submitted a sketch proposing the
division of his property at S75 W17461-63 Janesville Road in
Section 9, and
WHEREAS this property is located in a B-3 District which
requires 10,000 sq. ft. lots with 50' average width and the
lot proposed more than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a
one parcel division of the Riess property on Janesville Road
in Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division.
