APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION
SCHMIDT-FAHNING PROPERTY
WHEREAS Elmer Schmidt, S79 W13650 Tess Corners Drive,
has submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of the
Schmidt-Fahning property on Tess Corners Drive in Section 1,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000
sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and the lot proposed
more than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission.of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this
one parcel division of the Schmidt-Fahning property on Tess
Corners Drive in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division.
