APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
KRISTIN DOWN
WHEREAS a final plat for Kristin Down, prepared by Claude
Johnson, Jr., January 26, 1976, has been submitted for approval,
and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms with the approved preliminary
plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Kristin
Down.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive
the requirements of the zoning ordinance concerning planned
unit development and that landscaping plans for the recreational
areas and outlots and street tree plans will be required.
