MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
GEHRING CRANE & HOIST CORP.
WHEREAS the city has accepted an offer of $8,800 from
Gehring Crane ti Hoist Gorp., a crane sales and service business,
to purchase one acre in the city's industrial park, and
WHEREAS Ruekert fi Mielke have prepared a certified survey
map dated March 18, 1976, to finalize the division of this
property to be known as Lot 11, Block 5.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map creating Lot
11, Block 5, in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
