APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SCHAEFER PROPERTY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman
March 18, 1976, has been submitted to create and finalize a
one parcel division of the Schaefer property, W126 S8557 North
Cape Road in the NE 114 of Section 24, and
WHEREAS this property is located in an R-2 District which
requires 60,000 sq. ft. lots with 175' average width and the
lot proposed more than meets these requirements, and
WHEREAS the proposed parcel includes the existing residence
on this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to create and finalize a one parcel division of the
Schaefer property in Section 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
