APPROVAL OF SIGN
NORMAN THOMAS LANDFILL
WHEREAS a solid, non-combustible landfill permit was
granted to Norman Thomas by the City June 25, 1974, for a
landfill operation at the corner of Tans and Hillendale prives,
and
WHEREAS one of the conditions of the pqrmft is that "a
sign shall be posted at the site entrance indicatink the
materials authorized by the Department of Ngtural Resource8
for acceptance at the site", and
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for a 4' x 8', orange
and blue sign to be located on the fence at the cvrner of
Racine Avenue and Tans Drive which liets the acceptable
materials, and
WHEREAS plans have also been submitted for 8 3' 6',
blue and white price sign to be located on the outside fence
near the gate opening on Tans Drive.
THEWFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conanission of the
City of Muskego does hereby apprQve a 4' x a', orange and blue
sign to be located on the fence at the corner of Racine Avenve
and Tans Drive listing acceptable materials and a 3' x 6'. blue
and white price sign to be located on the fence near the gate
opening on Tans Drive.
