APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION LEONARD BLAl'TNER
WHEREAS Leonard Blattner, W127 Sa776 Durham Drive, has
submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of his prqperty
on C.T.H. "00" in Section 24, and
WHEREAS this is an R-3 District which requires 40,000 sq.
ft. with 150' average width and the lot proposed is 65,740 sq.
ft. with 225' average widch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmieeioe of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
this one parcel division of the Leonard B1attnp.r property.
e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Canmiseion wlll be
receptive to the receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
the division.
