APPROVAL OF WILDLIFE AND GAME POND
THOMAS FERGUSON
WHEREAS a request submitted by Thomas Ferguson, Hales
Corners, for approval to construct a 100' x 200'. wildlifq
and game pond on his property at W192 S6570 Hilleydale DFive
wasreferred to Planning Consultant MangiameZe ahd Zoning
Officer Lee for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS they have reviewed the site and recmendep
a.pprova1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commf.ssion of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a 100' x 200',
wildlife and game pond subject to the conditfon that the spoil
from the site be used and that additional f$ll will not be
transported into the site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this apprqval is subject to the
review of the proposal by the Department of Natural Rarfoureee.
