APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN REVISION
AMERICAN COLLEGE
WHEREAS Gordon Drake, Chairman of the Board of American
College, has submitted a revised site plan for the first phasg
of the development of American College, and
WHEREAS in the original building, site and operational
plans approved by the Plan Commission in August, 1972, Phase
I was to include the construction of four buildings with 8 units
each for occupancy and classrooms to be provided in the basements,
and
WHEREAS the revised plans now include the construction of a
fifth building to be known as the activities building, and
WHEREAS the revised plans will include the constructiqn of
four buildings to include 8 units each for occupancy, however,
the buildings will be constructed without basements thus the
request for the activities building which will be used for
classrooms, storage and laundry facilities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised plans submitted
which will include an activities building for American Collegg.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the condition that plans are to be submitted for review by the
Commission which will show elevations of the a'crivities building
and the buildings for occupancy which will reflect the revisions
as proposed by the Plan Commission at the March 16th meeting.
