REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS
DAVID BEIERLE
WHEREAS the Plan Commission and Common Council denied a
request for legal status in August, 1975, for two lots on College
Avenue owned by David Beierle, S63 W17202 College Avenue, and
WHEREAS a new petition has now been submitted, agafn re-
questing legal status for these two lots, and
WHEREAS Attorney John Couture, representing Mr. Beierle,
has submitted additional information in regard to this request
for legal status.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this new petition for legal
status submitted by David Beierle to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recomnendation.
