C. 19-76 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION HERBERT ALBRECHT WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Herbert Albrecht, S103 W14207 Loomis Drive, for a one parcel division of his property was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation because the lot proposed has and less than the required average width for this Agriculture District, WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee have recommended approval of this division because an identical lot was approved by the Plan Commission in 1962 which conformed to the zoning in effect at that time and a remnant was permitted to remain between the created lot and the existing lot line to permit a second lot. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby concur with the recommendation of the planner and zoning officer and, in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division Ordinance, does hereby declare that it Section 7.6 because undue hardship would result and therefore waives the average width requirement. @ would be inappropriate to apply literally the provisions of BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby approve the sketch submitted and will be receptive to the sub- mission of a certified survey map to finalize this division.
