APPROVAL OF MUSKEGO MES COUNTRY CLUB SIGN
WHEREAS the sign located on the south side of Highway
36 which identifies the Muskego Lakes Country Club was approved
under Conditional Use Grant #55, and
WHEREAS one of the conditions of the grant is that the
sign and adjacent areas be reviewed every three years to
determine the development taking place in the area, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reported that there is a
minimum of development taking place in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Muskego Lakes Country
Club sign for a three year period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said sign and adjacent areas
shall be reviewed again in March, 1979.
