APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR .LAND DIVISION

WHEREAS Chester Harris,, W173 S7664 Westmaod Drive, has sub-
mitted a sketch for a one parcel division of his property on
Westwood Drive, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000
sq. ft. lots with 100' average width ad the lot propos.ed more
than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this one
parcel division of the Chester Harris property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Connniss.ion will be
receptive to the receipt of a certified survey rnaa~~to finalize
the division.
