REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HERBERT ALBRECHT
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Herbert Albrecht,
S103 W14207 Loomis Drive, for a one parcel division of his
property, and
WHEREAS this is an Agriculture District which requires
120,000 sq. ft. lots with 300' average width and the lot proposed
more than meets the square footage requirement, however, has
less than the average width required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for land division 0 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for
review and recommendation.
