APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES (TOWN OF VERNON)
WHEREBS~ the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat
for a subdivision known as Heather Ridge Estates in the Town
of Vernon which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial juris-
diction in Resolution #P. C. 53-75 adopted May 20, 1975, ad
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Richard P. Jahnke has now
been submitted for approval, and
WEREBS Zoning Officer Lee has advised that there are
revisions between the preliminary plat and final plat which
do not, however, modify the substance of the plans significantly.
THEREEORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Heather
Ridge Estates in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council that the final plat for Heather Ridge
Estates in the Town of Vernon be approved.
