APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS REQUEST
CARL POSBRIG
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request for legal status
for two one acre parcels on Racine Avenue in the SE 114
of Section 20, one owned by Carl Posbrig and one owned
by the Ervin Posbrig estate:.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council that this request be approved.
