APPROVAL OF SIGN
CARRIAGE HOUSE AUTOMOTIVE
PARKLAND MALL
WHEREAS Jeff Vanden Heuvel, manager of Parkland Mall,
has submitted a request for a flat wall sign to be located
on the south exterior wall of Parkland Mall to advertise
Carriage House Automotive, and
. .WERjQL.one of the conditions indicated in Resolution
#P. C. 115-75, Approval of Sign Proposal, adopted by the
Plan Commissi;on November 4, 1975, is that each individual store
sign-will reque Plan Cmission approval if the sign is to
be other than their corporate name and logographic, and
MHERFAS the sign proposed for Carriage House Automotive
will read "Auto Parts" rather than their corporate name,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
Cdty of Muskego does hereby approve this request for a
sign,.reading"Auto Parts" to be located on the south exterior
wall of Parkland Mall.
