WILDFLOWER PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DENIAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT

development, prepared by Richard H. Stenz'el and Kit Kuokkanen,
June 16, 1975, mas submitted to the Plan Commission in July,
1975, and
.. J&EJiF& David Cunningham of Northland Construction, Inc.,
granM..;tn extension of time to the city in which to take
action on the Wildflower preliminary plat because sewers were
not available, and
,~.WHEtEAS the extension has expired and there is not at
this. time.sewers avalable for a development of this size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the preliminary plat for
Wildflower planned unit development and does hereby recommend
to the Common Council denial of said plat.
BE'IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this denial does not affect
the right of the developers to resubmit the preliminary plat
at such time as sewer capacity would :be. available.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission will be
receptive to an additional 6 months extension if such appli-
cation is made prior to final action by the Common Council.
