Survey Map recorded in December, 1973, and
GRfEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20500U
sq. .ft. lots with 110' average width and the lots proposed
more than meet these requirements.
mn IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
the .division of- the Hanagan property at -Wl88 S6529 Gold Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a preliminary plat.
