DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION WEST ALLIS SAVINGS & LOAN
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by West Allis Savings & Loan
for the two parcel division of property on Janesville Road
was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recommendation, and
WHEREbS.the proposed lots would have less than average
width for this RS-3 District, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele recommends in his
report dated January 14th, 1975, that the creation of these
two subetandard lots be denied because two single family units
on less..thaa.the required 100' average width would produce
crowded conditions in relation to RS-3 zoning and would-not
be in the best interest of the immediate and future development
of this area.
TWUFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission ofthe
City of Muekgc..doee hereby concur with the recommendation of the
planner and does hereby deny the sketch submitted by West Allis
Savings & Loan for a two parcel division of their property on
Janesville Road.
