REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
WEST ALLIS SAVINGS & LOAN
LAND DIVISION
WHEREBS a sketch has been submitted by West Allis Savings
4 Lw. for the division of a parcel of property on Janesville
Road, and
WHELZEBS this is an RS-3 District which requires 15,000
sq. ft. lots with 100' average width and the proposed lots
more than meet the square footage requirement, however, have
less than required for average width, and
WHEREAS because of the city's continuing efforts to
up-grade~.this area would warrant a review of the proposed
parcels and. the surrounding area by the planning consuItant.
THEBEEORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this proposed two parcel
division of property owned by West Allis Savings & Loan to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
