DENIAL OF REZONING REQUEST SCOTT KRAUSE - MUSKEG0 LAKES COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS a petition submitted by Scott Krause, representfng
Muskego Lakes Country Club, requesting the rezoning of approximately
7 acres of land from Agriculture to R-3 to permit the development of
a 6 parcel subdivision, was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation, and
..wHEBEBS the public hearing to consider this requeat was held
before the Common Council on December 9th, 1975, and considerable
opposition to the development was expressed by property owners in the
area, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiaqele has recommended denial of
*this request because the soil types, drainage situations and absence
of sanitary sewer facilities creates a condition not conducive to
fewer density development; the proposed development would not be in
conformance with the comprehensive plan and the proposed development
would not be compatible with the general agriculture area.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby concur with Planning Consultant Mangiamele's
recommendation and does hereby recommend to the Common Council denial
of the rezoning request submitted by ScOtt Krause rqpreeenting the
Muskego Lakes Country Club.
