APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
D. A. NOWICKI REALTY
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by the D. A. Nowicki Realty
Co. for two 4' x 4', temporary signs to introduce a model home in
Lakeview Hills subdivision, and
WHEREAS one sign is proposed for the corner of Racine Avenue
and Hillendale Drive on the Frank Narlock property near the existing
sign designating the Lakeview Hills subdivision and the second sign
is proposed to be located on the John Garner property at the corner
of Prospect Drive and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS it is the Commission's opinion that one sign would be
acceptable at the Racine Avenue and Hillendale Drive location. e THEREFOFSLBE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cmission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve one 4' x 4', temporary sign for the
D. A. Nowicki Realty Co. to be located at the corner of Racine Avenue
and Hillendale Drive on the Frank Narlock property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is for a period not
to exceed 9 months in accordance with Section 6.10 (12) D. and the
temporary sign shall be removed on or before September 1, 1976.
