APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DONALD O'LEARY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen
November 3, 1975, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel division
of the Donald O'Leary property in the SE 1/4 of Section 20, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this division
in Resolution #P. C. 93-75 adopted September, 1975, subject to the
condition that the certified survey map indicates a 60' road reser-
vation as well as an easement from Racine Avenue to the west end of
the newly created lot to provide access until such time as the road
becomes public, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map has been prepared accordingly.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted to
finalize a one parcel divi~sion of the O'Leary property in Section 20.
BE^ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission does hereby
recommend approval of the certified survey map to the Common Council.
