TEMPORARY SIGN

EXTENSION 20TH CENTURY HOMES
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved for 20th Century Homes in
May, 1974, for a period of one year, a 4' x 5', temporary sign to
advertise their model home in the Parkland Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the sign is located on the south side of S.T.H. 24 at the
end of Parkland Drive, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.10 (12) C. of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance, an extension for a temporary sign may be granted
for an additional one year period.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant a one year extension for a 4' x 5', temporary
sign to advertise the 20th Century model homes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this temporary sign shall be removed
by May 1, 1976, or at such time as the model home is no longer available
for public inspection, whichever comes first.
