APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - SHAGBARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a final plat for Shagbark SubdivisSon, prepared by
Roger W. Johnson December 1, 1975, has been submitted for
approval, and
WMEREaS the final plat conforms with the preliminary plat
approved by the Plan Commission in December, 19T3, and
WHEREAS engineering plans for sewer, water and storm
drainage, road grades and profiles have been approved by the
Public Works Department and the city's consulting engineers.
THEREEORE_.BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does
hereby approve and recommend approval to the Connnon Council
of the final plat of Shagbark Subdivision. 0
