APEBDVAL OF REVISED PLANS
PIONEER CENTRE - PHASE 11
in Resolution #P. C. 113-75 adopted October 21, 1975, to
approve building, site and landscaping plans for the Phase
I1 development of Pioneer Centre subject to several conditions,
and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission indicated their willingness
WHEREAS William Reeder, developer, has submitted plans
which comply with the conditions as outlined in that resolution:
1. Garages will replace the carports.
2. It appears that the exterior siding will be compatible
with that used in Phase I - Pioneer Centre.

3. It appears that the exterior lighting will be compatible
of proposed plantings has been submitted.
4. The detailed landscaping plan indicating size and numbers

6. Phase I and Phase 11 have been legally separated.
7. The site plan indicates basements under the two major
structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans for Phase I1 - Pioneer Centre.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council that these plans be approved.
